  1. This one is a nice surprise. I honestly thought it would get an re100 release long before an hguc, especially since it wasn't in an anime.

That's because most of them share frame and body armor, only slightly different on some place, and because IT IS zaku, nothing else. ZII in other hands didn't share same parts with rezel although their frame structure are similiar and somehow it's popularity is somehow questionable to be release as MG.

    1. Because they're MSV, it's rare for them to released as MG than the suit from main line.

  10. Loaded with a bunch of weapons! soo cool!

But there's a separate part for the transformation gimmick - well as expected from HG kits but doesn't matter to me....

    1. If it has a separate part that means that uses an Unicorn-like legs connectors...maybe.

  11. I never realized how the rezel and z2 look alike transformed until now. Although its hard to tell in mobile suit mode.

    1. According to the production history, the ZII's frame was based off of the Methuss. In turn, the ReZEL was developed from the Jegan, ZII and ReGZ. (Remember, the ReGZ was Londo Bell's first attempt at a mass produced Zeta, but it was too expensive; the ReZEL was the 2nd, more successful attempt.)

    2. z2 is proto rezel

  12. I'm very excited about this announcement! Especially since they are including the clay bazookas, like the GFF version of ZII.

I'm still bummed that Bandai decided to opt for the MA mode frame, versus making a fully transformable frame. On the plus side, the extra kibble appears to be at a minimum for this release. I'm currently working with HGUC ZZ and the amount of kibble for the transformation is frightening!

  13. meh, while it's exciting to see Z-MSV stuff, the porpotion is pretty meh. Almost like the BB one.
Why can't Bandai just use the GFF model instead....

  14. WOW!!! Very nice. Almost look like the Hyper Zeta Gundam. Although it is still a "Lego-Forming" kit again, I'll buy it.

    1. But what does your complaint about AoZ have to do with ZII, which is from an entirely different sidestory?

    2. You Sir/Madam win the internet for that. I had to look it up but you are right
